HRIS Administrator


LHH is assisting with a search for a HR Administrator for a Transportation Company in Kansas City, MO. You will be responsible for assisting the HR Team with onboarding, HRIS management and more. Our ideal candidate would have an administrative background, HR experience a big plus! This is a 4-month opportunity that will require you to work on-site. Pay for this contract starts at $19/hour and goes up based on experience. Read below for additional details!


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with administrative duties within the Human Resources department
  • Updating and maintaining employee personnel files
  • Data entry into HRIS system
  • Electronic onboarding/offboarding
  • Additional tasks as needed

  • REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite software
  • Administrative experience required; HR experience a plus!
  • Strong data entry and software experience, Paycom a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills
