LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in Kansas City, MO. This position is hybrid (3 days in office) and offers great benefits. The ideal candidate has a proven record of developing organizational procedures and is an expert in handling employee relations situations. This person will not only support recruiting efforts, but also implement employee engagement programs to positively impact retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all payroll and manage benefits (enrollment, terminations, billings, and questions)
  • Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Handle all employee relations claims, disputes, pay raises, transfers, etc
  • Assist in the performance reviews process on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Ensure legal compliance on taxes and insurance needs in regards to payroll
  • Responsible for fostering a positive culture to increase employee work satisfaction and reduce turnover
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' Human Resources Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
  • Paycor experience preferred
  • Ability to work well both independently and as a team
  • Job Type:

  • Full-Time, Direct Hire
  • Hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days remote
