LHH is partnering with a client in the Kansas City area who is seeking a Webinar Coordinator. As a Webinar Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing webinars. Including, email communication, running post-webinar reports, and uploading materials to platforms. This will be a part-time remote contract- Starting in May until about November. The first few weeks for training will be Monday-Wednesday, 8am-5pm, and after training, it will transition to Tuesday-Thursday, 8am-5pm. Responsibilities:



  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of webinars, including scheduling, promotion, registration, and follow-up.


  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and informative webinar content.


  • Manage webinar platforms and technology to ensure seamless delivery.


  • Promote webinars through various channels, including email, social media, and our website.


  • Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.


  • Provide technical support to presenters and attendees during webinars.


  • Maintain a calendar of upcoming webinars and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.


  • Create and distribute post-webinar surveys and analyze feedback to improve future webinars.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.


  • Proven experience in coordinating webinars or virtual events.


  • Strong organizational and project management skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Proficiency in webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar) and other relevant technology.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Job Type: This will be a part-time contract- Starting in May until about November
