Client Services Representative

We are currently hiring for a great client of ours looking to add a Client Service Representative to their team.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with both current and existing clients

Place orders into internal system

Follow up on the status of orders already in system

Communicate with clients on order status, any changes to an order, shipping, etc.

Manage budgets and cost saving strategies

Communicate with internal departments on specific orders as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience inputting and processing orders

Excellent communication skills- ability to talk to both clients and internal teams

Must be organized and driven to work

Job Details:

Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay $18-$21 an hour depending on experience

100% onsite
