LHH is partnering with a company in the construction industry to search for a temporary to hire Administrative Assistant. Your main tasks will be greeting customers, answering phone calls, maintaining the office space, and managing documents. Since you will be helping with some accounting tasks, the manager is looking for someone who is highly organized and has high attention to detail. Also, you must have professional communication skills since you will be the first person that new clients interact with. There will be opportunity to grow with the company as they add to their team. This position is fully onsite in Kent, WA.
Main Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers and creating a welcoming environment
  • Answering and directing phone calls professionally
  • Maintaining and organizing the office space
  • Managing and filing documents accurately
  • Assisting with basic accounting tasks
  • Ensuring clear and professional communication with clients and team members
  • Supporting the growth and development of the company's administrative processes
Qualifications
  • At least a year of professional office or administrative experience
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic accounting tasks and software
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage and maintain documents accurately
  • Experience with office equipment and technology
  • Professional demeanor in greeting clients
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Desire to contribute to the company's growth and adapt to new responsibilities
Employment Details
  • Temporary to hire
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Fully onsite in Kent, WA


Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
