We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our team and oversee all facets of the human resources function. This position plays a vital role in supporting our employees and management team, ensuring compliance, enhancing engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, and liaise with benefits providers
Process payroll and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
Maintain HRIS records and generate reports as needed
Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building efforts
Handle offboarding processes including exit interviews and documentation
Support training and development programs and maintain compliance with required training
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Partner with department leaders to address workforce planning and HR-related strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3–5 years of generalist-level HR experience required
Knowledge of HR laws and best practices
Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year
