We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our team and oversee all facets of the human resources function. This position plays a vital role in supporting our employees and management team, ensuring compliance, enhancing engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, and liaise with benefits providers

  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws

  • Maintain HRIS records and generate reports as needed

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building efforts

  • Handle offboarding processes including exit interviews and documentation

  • Support training and development programs and maintain compliance with required training

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

  • Partner with department leaders to address workforce planning and HR-related strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • 3–5 years of generalist-level HR experience required

  • Knowledge of HR laws and best practices

  • Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year
