We are currently recruiting for a Contract Recruiter in Kernersville, NC! This role is hybrid with 3 days on-site, 2 days remote. We are anticipating the role to last at least 6 months. In this role you will be recruiting mainly for manufacturing/production based roles with some corporate roles layered in. We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of recruiting experience, specifically within a corporate environment. Recruiting is considered a key function of their HR team and we are looking for someone who really wants to be integrated, collaborative and HR focused.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment call/intake meeting with hiring managers to kick-off recruitment
Post open requisitions, production and corporate
Drive sourcing through all internal and external channels, including job fairs, employment agencies, etc.
Move applicants through ATS
Pre-screen qualified candidates
Provide candidate summary/feedback notes for each phone/video screen
Coordinate on-site interviews with hiring managers and hiring teams
Maintain ongoing feedback with hiring teams throughout recruitment process
Coach hiring managers and interview teams
Serve as the face to the candidate to navigate them through the recruitment process
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience of manufacturing recruiting experience; Wage, Non-Exempt and Exempt salary positions
Strong sourcing skills and excellent understanding of social mediate sites, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Strong communication skills, ability set and manage hiring manager expectations
Comfortable with change and ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced and sometimes unpredictable workload
Collaborative and team-focused approach
Experience in Microsoft Office
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
