• Lead and grow a team of accounting professionals
• Lead the property management accounting process
• Manage the financial statement and close process
• Lead business and process optimization strategies/implementations
• Interact with clients and support the pursuit of new business
• Additional duties as the company may require

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting and finance related experience
• 2+ years of team leadership experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution
• CPA is a plus

Skills

• Experience with Real Estate accounting software (e.g. Yardi) required
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. PivotTable, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index Match, etc.)
• High degree of problem solving and analytical skills
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals
• Experience with software implementation is a plus
