Job Title: Assistant Property Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Onsite in Klamath Falls, OR
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, you can choose the schedule
Compensation: $20-$26 per hour, depending on experience
Contract Duration: 1-2 months with potential to turn permanent
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a customer-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our client's team on a part-time basis. This role DOES NOT require previous experience in property management, although it is a big plus. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in property management with the potential for a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and documentation.
Support the Property Manager in preparing reports and managing budgets.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and maintenance.
Assist in marketing and leasing efforts to attract and retain tenants.
Qualifications:
1+ years of office administration experience.
Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in property management is a plus.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
