Job Title: Assistant Property Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Onsite in Klamath Falls, OR
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, you can choose the schedule
Compensation: $20-$26 per hour, depending on experience
Contract Duration: 1-2 months with potential to turn permanent

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a customer-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our client's team on a part-time basis. This role DOES NOT require previous experience in property management, although it is a big plus. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in property management with the potential for a permanent position.



Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.

  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and documentation.

  • Support the Property Manager in preparing reports and managing budgets.

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and maintenance.

  • Assist in marketing and leasing efforts to attract and retain tenants.



Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of office administration experience.

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in property management is a plus.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
