Job Title: Community/Property Manager
Location: Onsite in Klamath Falls, OR
Contract Duration: 2-6 month contract with potential for permanent hire
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour DOE
Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm


Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is immediately seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community/Property Manager to immediately join our client's team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about community engagement and has excellent organizational and communication skills. As a Community Manager, you will support their tenant relations and help foster a positive and engaging place to live for their residents. This is a great interim role to gain extra income and experience while continuing your permanent hire search!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of properties, including tenant communication and coordination.
  • Help with property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
  • Support the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and conducting property showings.
  • Maintain accurate records of property-related documents and transactions.
  • Assist in managing property budgets and expenses.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and maintenance.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.


Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
