LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Contracts Administrator in the Knoxville area. This role is responsible for dealing with all contractors, submittals, estimators, and all guidelines from pre bid to contract close.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts
  • Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts
  • Track authorizations and correspondence
  • Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations
  • Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy

  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 3yr experience in a contract administration role or a related field
  • Knowledge of contract law; federal contracts highly preferred
  • Previous experience coordinating large projects highly preferred
  • Government contracting experience a must.

  • Details: M-F 8-5, Contract to Hire; remote options available
