Associate Director - Project Management

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable manufacturing company in the Lake Sucess area that is looking to hire for an Associate Director overseeing their Project Managment Department on a Permanent/Direct Hire basis. Job Summary:

The Associate Director of Project Management reports to and assists the Sr. Director and will help to identify and implement new initiatives to provide best-in-class customer support and is responsible for delivering strategic solutions to address an ever changing industry and workforce. Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of customer service, vendor management, inventory management and risk mitigation

Partner with sales to deliver the best outcome for new and existing customers

Responsible for the personnel for outcomes and work performance

Draft and implement SOP/ process improvement initiatives to achieve outcomes that align to the roadmap

Work with the Sr. Director to implement initiatives focusing on the 3 areas of elevation: communication, execution of work and outcomes

Work with the Sr. Director to establish key performance indicators within the department

Participate in cross functional teams to ensure continuous improvements relating to the day-to-day operations, foster collaboration and align on outcomes

Collaborate with Sr. Director to drive cultural initiatives within the department

Partner with Sr. Director and VP, HR to continuously assess talent and define role benchmarks within the department

Own the development of direct reports through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments

Role Requirements:

BA/BS Required

5-8 years of personnel management experience

5-8 years of interacting with a sales team

5-8 years of project management; certification is a plus

Experience working in the manufacturing industry a must

Advanced Excel skills including the Microsoft Suite

Knowledge of/experience working with CRM or similar applications

Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex projects and meet deadlines

Strong organizational skills; attention to detail

Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment

Self-starter with abilities to meet key deadlines
