LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR Generalist with 3 years of experience in human resources. The HR generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment. What you'll be doing:

  • Conducting background checks, references, and scheduling drug screens for new employees
  • Onboarding new hires and scheduling orientation
  • Manager support for HR-related functions
  • Providing benefits information to employees and assisting with changes
  • Employee relations including investigations
  • Seasonal projects related to HR
  • You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3+ years of experience supporting multiple HR functions across departments
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with FMLA, attendance, Workers’ Compensation, and STD/LTD processing
  • Systems: MS Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook), ADP (or a similar system), Google Suite
