Job responsibilities:

  • Enters and maintain new hire personnel information into HRIS system.
  • Compiles various reports from data base.
  • Ensures standards for data integrity are upheld.
  • Provides administrative support for hiring process: job postings, review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule follow up interviews with management.
  • Performs administrative and clerical functions, copies, documents, faxes, letters, etc..
  • Required Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in HR preferred.
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, able to learn new software/systems quickly.
