Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor (salary)

The Warehouse Supervisor position is in support of company's manufacturing operations. The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates activities of both material handlers and forklift operators. Keeps warehouse space organized and inventory accurate at all times. Manages material inventory and performs spot quantity checks on rolling basis and as needed.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure safety measures are followed to handle and move materials and personnel safely throughout the facility aisles and passageways
  • Keep clean and organized stock areas, racks, and isles
  • Manage and organize material movement and storage in proper spaces and racks
  • Monitor and control inventory/materials levels and records for accuracy
  • Check inventory parts with continuous rolling count
  • Manage and track in AS400 of in-bound materials from purchase orders from vendors.
  • Ensure that components are available and delivered to production lines on time.
  • Collaborate with Production scheduler and with Production manager to resolve production schedule conflicts, discrepancies of inventory levels, material shortages, and any other issues related to parts, materials, and finished goods.
  • Manage time and work of receiving workers
