Responsibilities:


Handle all issues related to Employee Relations


Working alongside the recruiting team


FMLA and Leave of Absence


Investigations


Qualifications:


Human Resources experience, in particular in a generalist role, is preferred


Skills:


Strong oratory and written communication skills


Proficiency in HR software as well as the Microsoft Office Products


Professionalism when dealing with employees of all levels within the company


Experience:


Three years of experience preferred


Employment Type:


Direct hire


Compensation:

$60,000 to $75,000 per year Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year Search managed by: Jack Eagleeye
