Senior Staff Accountant

Join a rapidly growing, privately owned company in the hospitality and food services sector, generating over $140M in annual revenue with a national presence. This client is expanding their finance team and looking for a dynamic Senior Staff Accountant ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Oversee AP/AR operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements

• Partner cross-functionally with operations, HR, and leadership teams

• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

• Support audits, tax filings, and internal control initiatives

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a robust accounting infrastructure

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience (MEC, AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)

• Proficiency in Excel; ADP experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to lead and improve processes
