LHH is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for one of clients located in Lombard, IL. The ideal candidate must have min 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a sales support role. This is a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity.

Job Duties:

  • Assisting sales team – preparing and managing special programs and promotions
  • In communication with suppliers and customers
  • Managing suppliers, sales, and customers records/accounts
  • Answering incoming calls and emails – vendors, customers, sales team
  • Managing inventory on sample procedures
  • Assisting with sales contracts and agreements
  • Requirements:

  • Experience in sales support or administrative assistant position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Having a proactive approach/attitude – problem solving skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
