The Administrative Assistant position will provide administrative and staff support to the general organizational operations. This position provides all necessary organizational support and is responsible for a variety of other tasks.


Requirements:


Excellent communication over the phone, written and in person.


Strong customer service orientated attitude.


Ability to multi task.


Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Switchboards, copier, printer, telephone, fax.


Responsible for the creation of various reports.


Proficient at Data Entry


The candidate must be able to work in fast paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.


Role: Temporary to Hire


Pay: $22-24/hr.
