Are you an experienced docketing/calendar clerk interested in a contract to hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA? You will be responsible for litigation and discovery docketing; calendaring; downloading documents, compiling, processing, and entering data from incoming mail, e-mail, and faxes; preparing and distributing reports to legal teams; monitoring due dates and deadlines; assisting with special projects; and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications:

  • 1+ year(s) of litigation docketing experience at a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Thorough understanding of legal docket calendaring practices
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with iManage, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), PACER, DocketBird, and other online court databases
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritization skills
