Compensation Analyst will be responsible for implementing the firm’s staff compensation strategy, philosophy, and processes. This position provides input, guidance, and analysis to internal stakeholders and management on all matters related to staff compensation.

· Implement compensation strategies and participate in activities related to implementing those compensation strategies.
· Collaborate with the Staffing & Recruitment team and hiring teams on compensation-related activities such as new hire offers, promotions, etc.
· Collaborate with departmental leadership and other organization management to ensure organization’s compensation function is competitive, equitable and supports its objectives.
· Evaluates jobs and develops and maintains job descriptions and job architecture.
· Prepare and maintain job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensure descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.
· Conduct job evaluations and provide salary recommendations to ensure internal equity and market alignment of total compensation and provide written recommendations.
· Assist with the annual compensation review planning process to include merit, bonus, and equity programs.
· Conduct audits for data compliance and system alignment.
· Review research on best practices to determine if programs implement compensation policies.
· Stay current with market trends and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as it relates to compensation.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Mandatory Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two (2) years experience in job, design, implementation and administration of compensation programs
