A nation-wide litigation law firm is seeking a Financial Services Paralegal to join their growing team! This is a full-time, on-site, permanent position offering great benefits and a work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

Drafting motions

Managing discovery and records

Trial preparation

Providing support to attorneys

Synthesizing medical records and discovery responses

Preparing correspondence

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience as a paralegal working in a law firm environment

Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal certificate from ABA approved program are required

Experience performing legal research

Experience in civil litigation required

Experience using iManage is a plus

Successful background and drug screening
