LHH is hiring compassionate Housing Navigators with Case Manager experience to support our clients in a shelter setting. This role is perfect for those who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of individuals facing housing challenges. You'll manage a caseload of 20-25 clients, helping them transition into and maintain permanent housing.

What You'll Do:

  • Work on-site with clients who live in the shelter—no fieldwork required.

  • Manage a caseload of 20-25 clients, focusing on 4-5 clients per day.

  • Perform daily wellness and room checks, providing coaching and support.

  • De-escalate incidents and facilitate group activities.

  • Assist with housing unit viewings when clients are close to being housed.

  • Conduct weekly case management meetings and ensure client files are up-to-date and compliant.

  • Address clients’ needs related to housing, mental health, medical concerns, domestic violence, and more.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experience with the homeless population (less than a year of experience is considered)

  • Strong documentation skills

  • Compassion and a commitment to client confidentiality

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
