LHH is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 3 month remote project.

Marketing team is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of go-to-market plans and marketing & advertising campaigns for all product releases. The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team and help bring marketing campaigns to life---working cross-functionally and providing administrative support along the way. You will need to have a passion for our mission, games, and technology; be a strategic and creative thinker; have a can-do attitude, and showcase excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Support the team to deliver end-to-end projects, by helping to facilitate clear cross-functional communication, leading information sharing, managing timelines, coordinating meetings and day to day processes
  • Own and manage the creative asset library for the team, coordinating refreshes and share-outs as needed
  • Work with the Sales team to create product tip-sheets and manage product page content across DTC and digital retail channels
  • Lead the preparation of briefs and work back schedules for projects and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with and support Social Media agencies and/or teams on community management and social media activations
  • Generate and distribute marketing materials, reports, and secondary research; create and coordinate related presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist the Marketing Communications Manager in the production and execution of channel marketing campaigns (email, influencer, PR, Social, etc)
  • WHAT WE NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 years of experience in marketing, media, gaming, or technology; DTC business experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with an eye for good creative; deep understanding of emerging social and creative trends
  • Impeccable follow-through and problem solving skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and administrative tasks across a portfolio of products, setting priorities, and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - a PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides guru
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Docs
