LHH is seeking candidates immediately available for a temporary, full-time Office Manager onsite in West Los Angeles. This contract is covering for a leave of absence estimated to last 4 months and is 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a professional role performing clerical, administrative, and/or receptionist duties.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes clients and employees as they enter the office
  • Checks in visitors and notifies appropriate contacts of their arrival
  • Creates and issues visitor and/or vendor badges
  • Receives, screens, and routes inbound calls and takes messages as necessary
  • Answers general inquiries via phone and email
  • Assists with data entry and light accounting duties
  • Creates and sends out company newsletters and important announcements
  • Maintains office supplies inventory and places orders as needed
  • Prepares business memos and professional correspondence as directed
  • Organizes and maintains physical files
  • Creates, uploads, maintains, and manages e-documents
  • Performs scanning, copying, printing, and shredding
  • Sorts and distributes mail

  • Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of administrative, clerical, front office, or receptionist experience in a professional office setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
  • Punctual, professional, and strong communication skills
