We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Property Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management accounting.
Work hours: 9AM to 6PM flexible
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting functions for 8-10 entities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and GAAP.
- Handle all aspects of property management accounting.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for daily accounting tasks.
- Collaborate with a small team of 25 or fewer employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of recent property accounting experience.
- Proven experience as a Sr. Property Accountant or Sr. Accountant in real estate.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and solid Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
