LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Bookkeeper on the northeast side of Louisville, KY. We are looking for an individual with at least 2+ years of experience and who is comfortable with completing full-charge bookkeeping! The hours for this position are flexible and this role offers the potential for a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Processing accounts payable invoices and ensuring vendors are paid in a timely manner
  • Posting payments to correct accounts
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Auditing payroll time sheets and adjusting if needed
  • Additional duties as needed
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a bookkeeping position
  • Experience with a CPA is preferred
  • Communication and Attention to detail
  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire, Full Time

    Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm
