LHH has partnered with a reputable client to identify a Project Accountant for their team. You will be joining a family-owned team-oriented environment fostering growth and development!

Duties:

· Process accounts receivable invoices including AIA invoicing.

· Work one on one with project managers.

· Assist in completing monthly payment applications, invoices and draw packages.

· Review and enter change orders.

· Input and maintain budget estimates and update tracking documents.

· Manage subcontractor lien waivers.

· Enter payables and transfer project costs.

· Send client statements and AR follow ups.

Requirements:

· Construction accounting experience required.

· Strong knowledge of AIA billing process and lien waivers

· Ability to work within a team environment.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Computer Ease experience preferred.

Additional Details:

· Direct Hire

· $55-65k + profit sharing

· In office | Flexible start/end times available
