LHH has partnered with a construction client in Louisville, Kentucky seeking a Staff Accountant to assist in the development and growth of the projects within southern Indiana and Louisville areas.

Responsibilities

• Construction project cost management

• Preparation and submission of pay application documents to lenders

• Bank Reconciliations

• Monthly Financials

• Budget Analysis for Construction Projects

• Accounts Receivable

• Accounts Payable

• Ad hoc work for company President and CFO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance

• 1-4 years of professional experience in accounting, construction industry preferred

• Experience with AIA documents

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Additional Details

• Direct Hire, In-office

• Pay: $55,000 - $60,000
