LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Financial Client in Madison, WI to hire an outstanding Executive Operations Admin Assistant! This Temp to Hire role will be fully onsite. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting c-suite executives with calendar management, monthly board meetings, and various administrative tasks. JOB DUTIES:

  • Provide operational support to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Schedule Executive's meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.
  • Manage monthly expense reports and reimbursements for board members and executives.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place/track orders.
  • Ensure office equipment is operating properly and troubleshoot any issues with IT.
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and activities.
  • May be asked to travel, once a month.
  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred. Associate's Degree, required. Relevant years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as an Office or Operations Administrator.
  • Extremely tech savvy and knowledgeable in various professional software applications.
  • Ability to remain discreate when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Ability to remain professional on an internal and external level.
  • Skilled multi-tasker with the ability to stay organized, prioritize, and provide a strong attention to detail.
  • Possess strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • JOB DETAILS:

  • Hours: Monday – Friday; 8am-5pm Flexible
  • Travel: May be asked to travel, once a month.
  • Hire Type / Length of Assignment: Temp to Hire
  • Compensation / Pay Rate: $28.00 per Hour
  • Hiring Process: 2-3 Interviews, Start
  • Onboarding (Background / Drug / Training): Background Check, Drug Screen, Reference Check, Assessments
  • Start Date: ASAP
