HR Generalist Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a full-time HR Generalist for a contract position in Mahwah, NJ. In this role you will be the “warm” welcome to clients on their health insurance needs. With careful and cautious listening skills, it will be your duty to help and guide clients to the right option for them. You will also oversee verifying insurance billing, maintain employee database and files, and is sure to comply with required benefits notice.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with clients to discuss options
  • Keeping detailed records
  • Overseeing enrollment process
  • Resolving employee issues
  • Providing new hires with the insurance information
  • Providing ongoing support
  • Educating employees on insurance
  • Educating on 401 k, holidays, PTO, and disability
  • Annual Performance Reviews
  • Qualifications:

  • Organizational skills
  • Familiar with benefits
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge on standard computer and office software
  • Experience:

  • Salary: $45-55,000
  • Employment type: Contract to hire
  • Work Hours: 8-5 M-F
