We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to oversee bi-weekly payroll operations across the US and Canada. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and provincial regulations while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for US and Canadian employees, including wages, overtime, deductions, benefits, and commissions

  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and assist with new state registrations and government notices

  • Reconcile payroll data and verify accuracy of time records, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions

  • Prepare and file payroll tax reports, W-2s, T4s, and other statutory forms

  • Manage employee expense reimbursements and ensure policy compliance

  • Record payroll entries in the General Ledger and support payroll-related changes

  • Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies confidentially

  • Maintain payroll systems and implement process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3–5 years of payroll experience, ideally with US and Canadian jurisdictions

  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax codes

  • Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll systems and advanced Excel skills



Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
