Job Overview: LHH is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client in the Marietta, GA area. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in Human Resources, with a particular emphasis on payroll processing. Experience with Paycor is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Manage employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads and conducting initial interviews

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries

• Coordinate training and development programs for staff

• Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist with 5 years of experience

• Extensive knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations

• Familiarity with Paycor is an advantage

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
