LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a law firm client in Burlington County, NJ, that is seeking to hire a Law Firm Administrator. This is a newly created position, ideal for an experienced candidate looking for an opportunity with room to grow and take on additional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Managing and evaluating legal assistants and other support staff.
Operational Efficiency: Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems for case management and billing.
Marketing and business development: Work with lawyers to promote practice area specialties and grow practices.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards, CLEs and managing risk.
