Project Coordinator

LHH is partnered with a major client in Mason that is in need of Project Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for any candidate with customer service experience in a manufacturing setting that wants to expand upon their career.

This position is a contract role and is quality oriented, taking phone calls from customers placing orders and seeking engineering related solutions. Defining the scope, delivery, and cost of goods, documenting it in an SAP database, acknowledging purchase orders, coordinating project orders, and working alongside vendors are all aspects of the position. Responsibilities:

Managing customer and vendor related projects in the fields of automation and manufacturing

Taking phone calls from customers, obtaining specifications of what they need and determine delivery dates and costs

SAP usage

Giving purchase order receipts to clients

Qualifications:

Experience in automation or manufacturing strongly preferred

SAP a huge plus

Advanced knowledge with the Microsoft Office Products, in particular Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint

Associate’s Degree preferred

Skills:

Great interpersonal skills while fielding phone calls from customers

A strong proficiency with computers, in particular with the Microsoft Office Products

Keen attention to detail

Experience:

Two years of experience is required

Compensation:

$32 to $35 an hour

Work Hours:

Full time 40 hours per week

8:00am to 5:00pm – Monday or Friday
