Receptionist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Receptionist with 2 years of similar experience for a full-time role located in Massapequa, New York. This is an excellent Temp to Perm role that will require you to be working on site.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Manage visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate conference rooms and meeting spaces.
  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling as needed.
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and external contacts.
  • Communicate important messages and announcements to staff.
  • Assist with internal communications and event coordination.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Represent the company’s brand and values through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint skills is a plus
Experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative/receptionist experience
Worksite: Onsite
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Compensation: $22-24/hr


Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
