LHH is working with a heavy civil construction firm that is seeking a Chief Estimator for their office located near McKinney, TX

The candidate they are seeking will have at least 8-10 yrs of experience in estimating civil construction projects

Additiional Requirements

Must have TxDOT or DOT experience

Need experience estimating projects over $50 million (2025 dollars)

Need Highway construction experience

Need Mass Excavation/Grading experience

Ideal candidate will also have Bridge & Structure , as well as Utilities estimating experience

The client does not have a set salary they are expecting to provide for the role, and are open based on the candidate’s experience - would expect it to be from 180-220k
