LHH is hiring for a Customer Satisfaction Coordinator who will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, researching issues, and delivering timely assistance. Main liaison between the company and its customers, must deliver high-quality service. It is essential to possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-directed mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Keep up with all Safety training and Product Training.

Requirements

· 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service role.

· MS Office experience Excel.

· SAP experience or similar.

· Auditing experience a plus.

· Bilingual Spanish English a plus.



Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
