Bilingual Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant with 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great contract to hire role for someone looking to gain hands on experience, located in Melville, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding, and recruitment efforts as needed, working closely with HR department
  • Distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms to team as needed
  • Greet and welcome visitors in the office, maintain company files as needed
  • Order office supplies as needed, corresponding with employees daily
  • Taking notes in key meetings, develop and distribute meeting materials to participants
  • Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft office, strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in similar role
  • Worksite: Onsight
