Leasing Associate
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Leasing Associate with 3 years of experience, for a full-time role, this is a Temp to Perm opportunity located in Melville, NY.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full leasing cycle—from welcoming applicants and conducting interviews to verifying income, preparing lease agreements, and finalizing move-in documentation.
  • Partner with the Leasing and Management team to drive occupancy through strategic outreach, including personalized tours, email campaigns, phone engagement, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Host engaging property tours for individuals and small groups, showcasing the community’s unique features and lifestyle benefits.
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries via phone and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and responsive communication experience.
  • Champion resident satisfaction by delivering top-tier service and fostering a sense of community that encourages long-term residency.
  • Manage and optimize online listings, digital tools, and social media platforms to enhance property visibility and attract qualified leads.
  • Coordinate and distribute weekly marketing materials across print and digital channels.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for residents, assisting with lease renewals, subletting, unit transfers, and general inquiries.
  • Actively participate in community life, including occasional evening and weekend events, to strengthen resident engagement.
  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with residents, team members, vendors, and visitors.
  • Support daily office operations through a variety of administrative tasks and collaborative efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to multitask and work multiple projects
Employment Type: Full time, Temp to Perm
Salary: $25-35/hr


Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
