Executive Assistant, Menomonee Falls

We are currently hiring for a great client of ours who is looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team in Menomonee Falls. This person would be responsible for supporting the President and CEO. Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages or transfer as needed
  • Calendar management- book meetings, schedule conference room
  • Create and prepare documents, maintain files, scan document into internal system
  • Keep track of office supplies inventory, order new supplies when needed
  • Make travel arrangements, book flights, transportation to and from airports, handle expense reports
  • Light accounting work, invoices, some accounts receivable/payable
  • Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of previous Executive Assistant experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suites- Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Job Details:

  • Contract to Hire
  • Monday-Friday 8-5
  • Onsite, ability to work remote occasionally
