Executive Assistant, Menomonee Falls

We are currently hiring for a great client of ours who is looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team in Menomonee Falls. This person would be responsible for supporting the President and CEO. Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls, taking messages or transfer as needed

Calendar management- book meetings, schedule conference room

Create and prepare documents, maintain files, scan document into internal system

Keep track of office supplies inventory, order new supplies when needed

Make travel arrangements, book flights, transportation to and from airports, handle expense reports

Light accounting work, invoices, some accounts receivable/payable

Requirements:

3+ Years of previous Executive Assistant experience

Must be proficient in Microsoft Suites- Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and with a team

Job Details:

Contract to Hire

Monday-Friday 8-5

Onsite, ability to work remote occasionally
