Customer Service & Support
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a professional office setting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in office administration and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic reporting
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics
- Support various departments with clerical tasks and special projects
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- 9:00am-5:00pm
- Monday through Friday
- 100% in office
- Contract to Hire
Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
