IT Service Desk

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in East Mesa who is looking for a full time IT Service Desk rep. This position is full time, in office, with a Monday-Thursday 7am-630pm schedule.

Duties will include:

  • Remote desktop support for internal and remote users.
  • Respond to telephone, email, and service desk application tickets on a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage ticket submission in ticket system.
  • Deploying new workstations, laptops, telephones and accessories.
  • Provide assistance to ensure workstations and laptops meet compliance requirements.
  • Work with vendors when necessary to help with software/hardware issues.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of IT support, both remotely and onsite
  • Industry certificates are preferred( Network+, ITIL, A+)
  • Must be able to pass criminal history and education background check
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and system troubleshooting skills.
