Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team in a temporary support role focused on internal process documentation. As a Process Documentation Specialist, you'll work closely with subject matter experts to map, analyze, and document workflows using Microsoft Word. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in bringing structure to complexity and has a passion for clear, user-friendly documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Mapping: Collaborate with team members to identify, analyze, and clearly map out internal processes.
  • Documentation Creation: Develop clear and concise SOPs, job aids, process flowcharts, and user guides.
  • Process Improvement Support: Identify gaps and bottlenecks during documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements.
  • Version Control & Maintenance: Keep all documentation up to date, managing version history and accessibility.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong command of written English; able to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex processes and identify interdependencies.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and process flow documentation tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Active listening and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of information architecture and best practices for organizing technical documentation.


Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
