Position Summary:
We are looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join our team for a few months. You will be the welcoming face and voice of the company, handling front desk duties and basic administrative support. This assignment is expected to last approximately 2–3 months, with no expectation of extension or permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
Manage mail, packages, and deliveries
Keep the front desk area neat and organized
Perform light administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scanning
Provide general office support as needed
Requirements:
Previous receptionist or administrative experience strongly preferred
Comfortable with a temporary, short-term role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
