LHH is currently working with a medical equipment manufacturing firm seeking a well-rounded Analyst to join its LATAM sales system team, administrating of Sales System’s Life Cycle including solution planning, analysis, design, build and test phases ensuring all deliverables are met in a timely manner. An ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and great communication. This role will be located in Miami (Doral area) and have a hybrid schedule.


Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with sales teams and internal operational teams to gather system requirements for enhancement requests. Support continuous improvement of user experience within systems by proactively identifying potential challenges.
  • Work effectively with business and technical SMEs to prepare and evaluate workflow solutions.
  • Effectively manage user licensing and security role assignment of all sales system users. Build and maintain system reports, dashboards, and user views. Manage all mass update functions needed in system and manage all rules engines in sales systems.
  • Evaluate all functional and technical issues reported. Provide Tier 1 user support and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain all Sales System documentation including training material, technical specifications, user test scripts, and change approvals. Coordinate all mandatory system updates with programming team and end user testing team.
  • Learn from and assist cross-functional team members on other Sales Systems and be the primary lead for specified tasks determined by management

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years’ experience in Microsoft dynamics configuration/administration required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience presenting to various levels throughout the organization required.
  • The ability to communicate at senior levels and across functions, building strong networks internally and externally is required.
  • Previous system implementation experience desired.
  • English proficiency, Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
  • Prior experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent Excel skills required.
  • Strong business and technical understanding of relevant technologies and systems required.

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
