LHH is currently partnering with a respected law firm in Miami to hire a Legal Office Assistant. This is a fully onsite position, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and are looking to grow their administrative career in the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal staff
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Handle document preparation, formatting, and filing (both electronic and paper)
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
Support billing processes and time entry as needed
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
1–2 years of administrative or office support experience (law firm or legal setting preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
A proactive and collaborative work style
Additional Details:
This position is 100% onsite in the firm’s downtown Miami office
