LHH is currently partnering with a respected law firm in Miami to hire a Legal Office Assistant. This is a fully onsite position, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and are looking to grow their administrative career in the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal staff

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Handle document preparation, formatting, and filing (both electronic and paper)

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Support billing processes and time entry as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience (law firm or legal setting preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • A proactive and collaborative work style

Additional Details:

  • This position is 100% onsite in the firm’s downtown Miami office
