LHH Solutions is currently assisting a client in hiring a Customer Success Team Lead who has experience in the technology space and at least 3 years of experience in customer success.

100% remote

Hours: 6am – 2pm PST

Contract to hire

Pay range: $25-35/hr DOE

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist the customer support team with issues and support
  • Analyze statistics and gather accurate reports
  • Be the go to person for the team and assign tickets to support workflow
  • Own communication between Customer Support, data and engineering teams for
  • technical bugs, upcoming changes, and any other issues

  • Represent the voice of our customer base and bring useful insights to help our teams better understand how our customers experience our products and services
  • Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in a CRM such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk, or other
  • At least 5 years of in customer success in the tech industry
  • Be a team player, a strong leader, and can take initiative
