We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Downtown Milwaukee. This position will support payables and general ledger activities under the leadership of the Accounting Manager. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Enter payables invoices and make electronic payments

• Gain authorization for certain payments

• Create Journal Entries

• Perform Bank Reconciliations

Requirements:

• Two or more years of accounting experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Desired

• Good analysis abilities

• Professional communication skills both verbal and written
