Administrative Assistant lll

LHH is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant lll in the education space in Milwaukee, WI area. This role is temporary and is onsite. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, enjoys working and training other administrative assistants, and has extraordinary communication skills.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily calendar management
  • Schedule appointments and events
  • Train and manage other support staff
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
  • Track budget, create reports for presentations
  • Maintain complex statistical reports
  • Other duties as necessary
  • Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Google Suite: sheets, docs, Gmail
  • Able to operate office equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to accomplish a variety of duties
  • Education- High School plus one year of college, preferred Associate Degree
  • 2-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience-would prefer 6 years
